It comes as no surprise that yet another Venezuelan bombshell has won a beauty crown.

Caroline Medina won the 2010 Reina Hispanoamericana beauty pageant held in Bolivia.

Top contestants included beauties from Brazil, Bolivia, Spain, Uruguay and Argentina.

Medina, is certainly used to winning. The fashion model won Miss Venezuela Earth 2010 and represented the state of Aragua, Venezuela at the Miss Venezuela 2010 pageant.
