Kate Upton topless pic? Not so fast!
Kate Upton’s legal team isn’t happy about a fake topless picture of her posted online.
Sports Illustrated model Kate Upton is threatening to sue the celebrity satire site CelebJihad.com over fake topless photos the site has published of her, TMZ reports.

CelebJihad — which also purports to have nude photos and/or sex tapes of celebrities including Taylor Swift, Kaley Cuoco and Emma Watson — published a (clearly airbrushed) picture of Upton with the headline "Kate Upton Naked Outtake From SI Swimsuit 2014."
Upton has threatened immediate legal action if the photo isn't taken down, TMZ reports.
As of Monday morning, the original post was still up, as well as a second post titled "More Kate Upton Naked Outtakes."
