Troubled  “Teen Mom 2” star Jenelle Evans has entered a rehab treatment facility in Malibu, according to a new report from Us magazine.

"She is clean right now and has been that way for several weeks," the insider says. "She's doing this program to help her cope with all the stress in her life: her family situation, her legal issues, her general anxiety."

Last month, the 19-year-old single mother pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. She was arrested in October of last year after she and her boyfriend Kieffer Delp allegedly broke into an abandoned home to use marijuana.

Evans was sentenced to 12 months of supervised probation and community service.

In March, Evans was arrested again for assault after TMZ posted a video of the reality show star attacking another girl. She was arrested and released shortly thereafter on bond.
