Washington Latina Teen Apparently Abducted from Bedroom

A Washington state teenager is feared kidnapped after her parents found her bedroom in disarray Wednesday morning, the screen of her window cut, and the girl missing.

Viviana Gaspar Guerrero was last seen at about 10 p.m. Tuesday in her bedroom. Her parents discovered her missing at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday amid signs of a struggle in the room, as well as outside the home, some published reports said.

The Mason County sheriff's office has issued an Amber Alert.

Chief Deputy Dean Byrd says investigators are canvassing the neighborhood. They have no suspects.

Gaspar is Hispanic, 5-foot-2 and weighs 128 pounds. She has black hair just past her shoulders and is believed to be wearing black shorts and a black blouse.

Some published reports said that Gaspar's parents described the teen as a good student who had a positive relationship with her family and would not have run away from home.

Police ask that anyone with information call the Mason County Sheriff's Office at 360-427-9670.
