British police charge 26-year-old Polish national over Mark Rothko vandalism at Tate Modern

LONDON – British police say they've charged a 26-year-old Polish national with vandalizing a Mark Rothko work at London's Tate Modern museum.

Scotland Yard said in a statement released Tuesday that Wlodzimierz Umaniec is scheduled to appear at a south London court on Wednesday.
