Authorities say a suspect wanted in a Cleveland drive-by shooting that killed a 3-year-old boy has been arrested in suburban Atlanta.

U.S. marshals say 23-year-old Donnell Lindsey was arrested Tuesday morning in Smyrna, Georgia.

He's charged with aggravated murder in the slaying of Major Howard, who was shot in the chest Sept. 15 while sitting in a parked car. A woman in the car was shot in the leg.

Investigators say they received information about Lindsey on Monday night and arrested him in a 6:45 a.m. raid on a suburban Atlanta home.

It wasn't clear whether Lindsey has an attorney. Cuyahoga (ky-uh-HOH'-guh) County court records in Ohio had no public documents on the new case.

Prosecutors dropped charges against a 23-year-old man in the case earlier this year.
