Anti-ICE agitator tries to BLOCK car entering Delaney Hall
An anti-ICE agitator holds up the middle finger and yells expletives while blocking a car from entering Delaney Hall as violent clashes continue outside the New Jersey detention center.
A Canadian woman living in New Jersey was charged and later transferred to federal ICE custody after allegedly attacking a teenager on a boardwalk over pants bearing "Trump" and "ICE" messaging.
Kaitlyn E. Tracey, 33, allegedly approached a group of teens while recording them on her cellphone before confronting them on the Point Pleasant Beach boardwalk during the Fourth of July holiday weekend.
Tracey, a Canadian national who entered the U.S. on a passport in 2024, then allegedly struck one of the girls and recorded the confrontation, according to court documents reported by NJ.com.
An official who picked up the phone at the Ocean County Jail in Toms River confirmed to Fox News Digital that Tracey had been released into ICE custody as of Monday.

A DHS spokesperson told Fox News Digital on Wednesday that Tracey is considered a "criminal illegal alien" and will remain in custody while her case is adjudicated.
The spokesperson said Tracey entered the U.S. on a visa in April 2024 and remained past her September 6, 2024 expiry date.
"She overstayed her visa and failed to depart," the spokesperson said, adding Tracey's name to the "nearly 70% of ICE arrests" netting illegal immigrants who have been charged with or convicted of a crime.
According to a probable cause affidavit first reported by NJ.com, Tracey allegedly "slapped the victim across her face and body."
The Point Pleasant Beach Police Department said officers responded on the evening of July 3 to a report that an adult woman had assaulted a juvenile.
Police said Tracey began yelling at the teen over her "patriotic colored sweatpants with political wording." According to the affidavit, the sweatpants displayed the words "Trump" and "ICE."
Tracey reportedly did not jive with the group's "patriotic colored sweatpants with political wording," police said.
Investigators said surveillance video captured Tracey striking the teen twice with an open hand, once to the body and once to the face, before leaving the scene.

Days later, Tracey was arrested on charges following an investigation into the case.

Police confirm Tracey is facing charges of endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault, harassment and obstruction.
Tracey, who is a Canadian citizen, came to the U.S. in 2024 with a passport, the report says.
On Tuesday, a man claiming to be Tracey's husband posted a tearful plea on social media regarding the incident.

In the video he said, "Yesterday July 13, my wife was detained by ICE and brought to Delaney Hall in North New Jersey."
In another video, the man became emotional as he described trying to contact Tracey while she was being held at the Ocean County Jail before her alleged transfer to ICE custody.
"I need help. I don't know what to do," he said through tears. "I need an immigration lawyer... I need my wife."
Fox News Digital has not independently verified the man's identity or all of the claims made in the videos.

A search of the ICE detainee locator confirms Tracey is in ICE custody at the Delaney Hall facility.
The man also said he created a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for Tracey's legal defense and immigration costs but removed it shortly afterward.
Before it was taken down, the fundraiser stated it had been organized by friends to help cover Tracey's legal expenses and immigration-related costs.
In a separate video, the man claimed the fundraiser was removed after what he described as a coordinated mass-reporting campaign by a "Facebook group of MAGA supporters."
Fox News Digital has reached out to GoFundMe seeking comment on why the fundraiser was removed and whether it violated the platform's policies.
The man, who describes himself on social media as the "Clown of Asbury Park" and the "Jester of the Jersey Shore," has posted numerous videos mocking Republican politicians and celebrating the death of conservative commentator Charlie Kirk.

When reached by Fox News Digital, a Toronto Police Service spokesperson said investigators had been contacted to assist with questions about the agency's role and that additional information would be provided if it becomes available.
Fox News Digital has reached out to ICE for comment.
Francis R. Hodgson, Tracey's attorney, declined to comment when reached by Fox News Digital but said she is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 4.
