Florida prosecutors have cleared police officers involved in three separate fatal shootings involving motorists.

The Miami Herald (http://hrld.us/1OwTVoW ) reports that the cases were among eight fatal shootings involving officers that the State Attorney's Office has cleared.

One of the cases involved a 17-year-old boy shot and killed by Coral Gables police officers in June 2014 after he crashed a stolen SUV into a police car.

Another case involved a man who led police on a nighttime high-speed chase in 2013. After stopping, officers said the man appeared to reach for something beneath the seat. No firearm was found.

In the third case, Hialeah police officers opened fire on a robber in a car who allegedly yelled in Spanish, "I'll kill you. Someone is going to die."
