New Jersey's attorney general will announce criminal charges and disciplinary action after troopers led a caravan of luxury sports cars down the Garden State Parkway.

Attorney General Jeff Chiesa (kee-AY'-sah) and State Police Superintendent Rick Fuentes on Friday also will announce new guidelines for how to handle escorts.

An attorney for one of the troopers on Thursday said he believed his client, Sgt. Nadir Nassry, would be charged for his role in the escort.

Nassry and another trooper were suspended without pay in April.

Witnesses saw the caravan speeding down the parkway on March 30, escorted by state police.
