A detective testified the mother of a toddler who died after being left in a hot SUV is not a suspect in her son's death.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (http://on-ajc.com/2f84cyr) reports Det. Phil Stoddard said Wednesday that there was not enough evidence to support that Leanna Taylor had any involvement in the death of her 22-month-old son, Cooper Harris. Stoddard initially considered Taylor a suspect because he thought she didn't show much emotion on the day her son died.

Taylor is the ex-wife of Justin Ross Harris who is accused of intentionally killing their son in June 2014 by leaving him in the car in suburban Atlanta, where he moved to from Alabama in 2012.

Harris' lawyers called the death accidental.

Harris faces life in prison if convicted of murder.
