The California fire chief police say fatally stabbed his fiancée may be hiding out with another member of the same dating website where he met his alleged victim two years ago, Fox40.com reported.

Orville Fleming has been wanted in Sarah Douglas' murder since last Thursday. He reportedly met Douglas, 26, on MyRedBook.com, where police say she had been an escort in the past. Investigators believe that since her killing, Fleming may have reached out to someone else through the same dating website.

Detectives told Fox40.com that it does not appear that Douglas used the website since she met Fleming two years ago.

But authorities told the station that they are aware of a reported sex tape made in the firehouse where Fleming worked. The video reportedly showed the two having sex with several other firefighters on fire trucks.

"No matter what her history is, no matter what people believe about her, she was violently murdered," Sacramento County Sheriff’s spokesperson Lisa Bowman told Fox40.com.

Fleming, 55, is a California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection battalion chief who has taught for several years at the department's fire academy in Ione, about 40 miles southeast of Sacramento. His official state vehicle, a CalFire pickup truck, was found unoccupied last week in Elk Grove, a suburb just south of Sacramento.

Fleming is thought to have ties to the neighborhood where the truck was left, as well as the Fresno area. In a statement, Bowman said Fleming is known to own firearms and is believed to be armed.
