Cops arrested the heartless mugger who allegedly knocked a 103-year-old woman to the floor in her Bronx apartment building on Friday and stole a shopping cart with meals she had just gotten from a community center.

Sharon McNeil, 53, followed her victim into the elevator in the building on Bellamy Loop in Co-op City at about 2:30 p.m., cops said.

Once in the hallway, McNeil knocked the woman down and took off with her cart, which contained two meals she’d just gotten from a community center and her purse containing money, credit cards and her ID.

McNeil was arrested at 11 a.m. Saturday and charged with robbery, assault and harassment, cops said.

Her rap sheet includes 27 prior arrests, cops said. Her most recent was in 2013 for prostitution, also in the Bronx, according to officials.
