Two women have been arrested after sheriff's deputies in South Carolina say the women stole ammunition from a sporting goods store in Spartanburg.

Deputies said surveillance video showed the women placing boxes of .22 caliber bullets in a bag and taking the bag into the bathroom before leaving the store.

Employees found evidence of the stolen ammunition in the restroom.

Deputies arrested the women following a traffic stop a short time later.

Twenty-year-old Lynda Wittner and 28-year-old Ellie Hill are charged with shoplifting. It was not clear if either woman has an attorney yet.
