Brooklyn, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Andrew Wiggins scored 22 points, and Rudy Gobert totaled 18 points and 12 rebounds to power Team World to a 121-112 win over Team USA in the Rising Stars Challenge Friday night.

Nikola Mirotic and Bojan Bogdanovic each scored 16, while Giannis Antetokounmpo filled the stat sheet with 12 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and four steals. Dennis Schroder had 13 points and nine assists, and Gorgui Dieng chipped in 14 points.

Victor Oladipo and Zach LaVine each scored 22 to pace Team USA.

The international team of NBA rookies and sophomores shot 58.5 percent, but turned the ball over 28 times.

Dieng's slam widened the World lead to 105-96 midway through the final period.

A layup by Trey Burke had Team USA within 112-109, but Wiggins countered with a reverse layup with 1:33 left and it was at least a two-possession game the rest of the way.

Wiggins went 8-of-11 from the field. The Canadian native was honored as the game's MVP.

Earlier in the evening, at Madison Square Garden, site of Sunday's All-Star Game, Memphis Grizzlies owner Robert Pera and WNBA star Skylar Diggins both scored 13 points as the West beat the East, 59-51, in the All-Star Celebrity Game.

The crowd was pumped up for a pair of Philadelphia natives, namely actor Kevin Hart and Little League legend Mo'Ne Davis. During the first quarter, Davis used a spin move to get by Hart in the lane before putting in a layup.

WNBA standout Shoni Schimmel and Hart scored 17 and 15 points, respectively, for the East.
