Philadelphia, PA – When the LPGA Tour returns Thursday with the RR Donnelley Founders Cup, Michelle Wie will be in danger of falling outside the top 20 in the world rankings.
Wie, who is not in the field this week, fell one place to 20th.
Yani Tseng remained in first, followed by Na Yeon Choi, Suzann Pettersen and Cristie Kerr. Sun Ju Ahn and Paula Creamer switched places this week with Ahn in fifth and Creamer down to No. 6.
Jiyai Shin held on to seventh and Stacy Lewis, Ai Miyazato, Brittany Lincicome, I.K. Kim and Shanshan Feng kept their places from last week.
Angela Stanford rose one to 13th, while Amy Yang fell to No. 14. Chie Arimura and Ji-Hee Lee flipped rankings with Arimura in 15th and Lee in 16th. Morgan Pressel and Catriona Matthew stayed in 17th and 18th, respectively.
Karrie Webb, who will be defending her title this week, inched up a spot to 19th, with Wie rounding out the top 20.
