Notre Dame had no issue moving the ball against Texas last week.
On Saturday, the Irish got a bit tricky to open their scoring against Virginia in Charlottesville.
Backup quarterback and holder DeShone Kizer flipped the ball on a fake field goal to junior tight end Durham Smythe for a touchdown.
Notre Dame went for two after the score but was denied.
