Bruce Pearl has re-energized the Auburn program, landing highly-touted recruits and star athletes. New Williams, a member of a six-man recruiting class, is part of that influx talent.

The 6-foot-2 Williams showed off his vertical leap, which his bio on the Auburn website lists at 47 inches, winning the slam dunk contest at the Pearl Jam, Auburn's midnight madness.

Williams is a member of a freshman class headlined by forwards Danjel Purifoy and Horace Spencer.
