The Tampa Bay Buccaneers got a much-needed victory over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 10, and came out looking like a motivated group. The key to getting them rolling early? Well, maybe it was Jameis Winston.

As the team's official Twitter shows us below, Winston got the team fired up with a little dancing, followed up by motivating his teammates.

Watching that will definitely get you ready for the home stretch for the Buccaneers, which starts in Week 11 against the Philadelphia Eagles.
