In what's recently become the norm when unveiling one's college choice, 2017 Rivals.com 4-star defensive back recruit LeAnthony Williams Jr. used a video to announce his decision in committing to Dabo Swinney and the Clemson Tigers on Monday.

The Roswell, Ga. native opted for Clemson over the likes of hometown Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and Notre Dame.

Williams Jr. is a very good all-around athlete. Possessing the ability to play as both a corner and safety, he's got terrific ball-skills and short-area quickness. Williams Jr. also is fast enough to impact on special teams in the return game.

Using his home city of Atlanta as a backdrop, Williams Jr. was humble in explaining his journey in becoming a scholarship athlete. He thanked the youth programs and individuals for helping him get to this point -- including his coaches and his father.

As for Clemson, Swinney ventured deep into SEC territory and poached one of the top corners in the state of Georgia. He's surely hoping Williams Jr. can follow in the footsteps of another Georgia native (Deshaun Watson) and star in Death Valley for the Tigers.
