Vick not ruled out for Sunday

Philadelphia Eagles coach Andy Reid has yet to rule out quarterback Michael Vick for Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins.

Reid said Wednesday Vick is continuing to rest after sustaining a concussion in last Sunday's loss to the Dallas Cowboys. Vick is still experiencing headaches, which are preventing him from undergoing a series of tests that would allow him to return to the field.

Rookie Nick Foles worked with the first-team offense in practice and will make his first NFL start if Vick isn't cleared to play.

Reid did rule wide receiver Jason Avant out with a hamstring injury.
