The greatest tight end of all time is showing no signs of letting up.

Tony González helped his Atlanta Falcons blow out the lowly Caroline Panthers. The Pro Bowl tight end caught six passes for 53 yards and a touchdown in the 31-10 rout Sunday.

González, who got the team's first touchdown on a six-yard Matt Ryan toss, finished the regular season with 70 receptions for 656 yards.

The win for the Falcons means the National Football Conference playoffs will go through Atlanta. The team secured a first-round bye and will host one of the winners of next week's wildcard games.
