Memphis, TN (SportsNetwork.com) - Fourth seed Alexandr Dolgopolov gave way to Aussie Bernard Tomic at the Memphis Open.
The once-promising Tomic tripped up the Ukrainian "Dog" 6-1, 7-5 in second- round action at The Racquet Club of Memphis.
Up next for Tomic in the quarterfinals will be Donald Young, who dismissed qualifier fellow American Denis Kudla 7-5, 6-3 on Thursday.
The Memphis champion will earn $106,565.
