The stakes are insanely high for the Cubs and Dodgers in Game 6 of the NLCS, and both teams have made lineup adjustments.
The Cubs, who will advance to their first World Series since 1945 with a win tonight, have again benched struggling right fielder Jason Heyward. Rookie Albert Almora, who is hitless in six at-bats this postseason, will get the start in right and bat eighth against Clayton Kershaw.
Heyward, who signed an eight-year, $184 million deal this past offseason as a free agent, is 1-for-16 with five strikeouts in the NLCS after going 1-for-12 with three K's in the NLDS. He has one RBI this postseason and also was benched in Game 3.
For the Dodgers, who must win tonight to force a decisive Game 7 on Sunday, Andrew Toles will start in left field and hit in the leadoff spot. Second baseman Chase Utley has been dropped to eighth.
Game 6 can be seen on FS1 at 8 p.m. ET -- following the FS1 pregame show.
