Buffalo, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Buffalo Sabres forward Patrick Kaleta will undergo minor surgery and is expected to be sidelined 4-to-6 weeks, coach Ted Nolan said Monday.
Kaleta missed Sunday's 2-1 home loss to the Philadelphia Flyers with a lower- body injury.
The 28-year-old Buffalo native has three assists and 32 penalty minutes in 33 games this season.
