Foxborough, MA – The New England Revolution announced on Friday that the club has signed midfielder Jeremiah White.
White, 29, was signed after an extended training spell with the Revolution during the team's preseason.
His most recent club was GKS Belchatow in Poland, while he also spent time with current Revs midfielder Benny Feilhaber at AGF Aarhus in Denmark.
"Jeremiah is an out-and-out attacking player who we believe can help us stretch defenses with his speed and ability to beat defenders in one-on-one situations, especially out wide," Revolution general manager Michael Burns said. "After having him in for parts of preseason, we're looking forward to his return to the team and addition to the roster."
New England originally drafted White in the third round (23rd overall) of the 2004 MLS SuperDraft, but White pursued playing options abroad instead of signing with Major League Soccer.
He went on to play for Serbia's OFK Beograd in January 2004 before moving on to Panserraikos in Greece for one season.
Stops in France and Denmark followed before a move Saudi Arabian club Al- Ettifaq.
