George Hill had 15 points, seven assists and four rebounds for the Pacers, who outscored Cleveland 34-13 in the third quarter to seize control of the contest. Indiana has won seven of its last eight games.

Omri Casspi netted 14 points off the bench to pace the Cavs, who have lost 12 of their last 14 contests.
