The wife of Cincinnati Reds pitcher Mat Latos says she filed a police report after being assaulted at Tuesday night's NL wild-card game in Pittsburgh and that security at PNC Park did nothing to help her.

Got punched in the head at least 3 times by a pirates fan so this has been cool.

Pittsburgh police can't arrest anyone on assault accounts so I'm the one who spent the game talking to law enforcement after being attacked.

Look. Check the police report. I was ambushed in the Budweiser bar, grabbed by the hair, drug down & punched in the head multiple times.

I'm "fine" but my head hurts. Never swung back bc I was trying to protect myself. Will go to the doc when we get back. :/

Just know that security knew I had been threatened multiple times (not even wearing Cincy gear), chose not to take action & I got attacked.

Predictably, some Pirates fans accused her of being a sore loser after the Pirates' 6-2 win .

. @DallasLatos quit complaining your a sore loser (via @Supertzi44 )... I am pretty sore. My neck hurts from being punched.

All the pirates fans trolling my account & making jokes about this are sick.

Ok. Now twitter people are making excuses for me getting assaulted. "I must have asked for it". You have to be kidding me.

It's not the first time this year PNC Park security has come under fire. In July they were accused of being a little overzealous for ejecting porn star Andy San Dimas from a game after she put on a unicorn head and did a dance in the stands.
