Iniesta ruled out of Milan clash

Barcelona, Spain – Barcelona revealed Monday that Andres Iniesta will miss the club's Champions League fixture at AC Milan on Wednesday with a thigh injury.

In a statement on the club's website, Barcelona confirmed that the midfielder, along with the injured Adriano and Ibrahim Afellay and the suspended Dani Alves, will not travel to Italy as "a precaution."

Barcelona has already qualified for the knockout round, but a win at the San Siro on Wednesday will see the Catalan club clinch the top spot in Group H.
