FOX Sports Arizona and the Arizona Diamondbacks announced their 2016 Cactus League television schedule today, and it's one that features the most D-backs games ever televised during spring training by the network.

It features 10 games and gets underway on Sunday, March 6, at 1 p.m. when the D-backs host the Chicago Cubs at Salt River Fields. The schedule also includes the 2015 World Series champion Kansas City Royals, San Francisco Giants, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, San Diego Padres, Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Indians, Milwaukee Brewers and Colorado Rockies. Games will be televised on FOX Sports Arizona and FOX Sports Arizona Plus with Steve Berthiaume and Bob Brenly once again teaming to announce D-backs telecasts.

Each of the first nine games are played at Salt River Fields, while the last one on April 1 takes place at Chase Field. That game at Chase Field will include the 30-minute "Diamondbacks Live" pre-game show starting at 6 p.m.

"With all the excitement surrounding this year's team and the great off-season acquisitions that were made, we can't wait for March to get here," said Brian Hogan, FOX Sports Arizona general manager and senior vice president. "This Cactus League telecast schedule gives D-backs fans a great opportunity to get to know the team well in advance of Opening Day on April 4."
