Florida defeated North Carolina State in extra innings on Sunday to win the Gainesville Super Regional and advance to the College World Series.

Daniel Pigott hit a solo homer in the 10th and Josh Tobias added an RBI single as Florida took a 9-8 win in 10 innings. Florida won, 7-1, on Saturday to sweep the set.

Florida State again routed Stanford on Sunday in a game that was postponed on Saturday. Sherman Johnson went 3-for-6 with a three-run home run and five RBI to give the Seminoles an 18-7 win over the Cardinal.

Florida State took a 17-1 win in Friday's game and also got a grand slam from Seth Miller and a two-run homer from Jayce Boyd on Sunday to advance from the Tallahassee Super Regional.

Maxx Tissenbaum drove in three runs to help Stony Brook defeat LSU, 7-2, and advance in the Baton Rouge Super Regional. Stony Brook had fought off elimination on Saturday with a 3-1 win after LSU took a 5-4, 12th-inning decision earlier on Saturday.

In the Waco Super Regional, Jimmy Bosco and John Clay Reeves were both hit by a pitch with the bases loaded in the ninth inning to force home two runs and give Arkansas a 5-4 win over Baylor to even the series at one game each.

The winner of Monday's contest will advance as Baylor blew a chance to move on after winning 8-1 on Saturday.

Oregon also stayed alive Sunday with a 3-2 won over Kent State in the Eugene Super Regional. Jake Reed went 6 2/3 innings and gave up two runs on five hits in the win. Kent State earned a 7-6 victory on Saturday. The deciding game is set for Monday.

The game between South Carolina and Oklahoma in the Columbia Super Regional was suspended in the bottom of the sixth inning due to rain. There was no score in the game at the time and it will be completed on Monday.

South Carolina, the two-time defending champion, extended its NCAA-record postseason winning streak to 20 games with a 5-0 win over Oklahoma on Saturday.

The CWS begins next Friday in Omaha, Nebraska.
