Nashville, TN – Pekka Rinne made 32 saves and the Nashville Predators handed the Vancouver Canucks their first regulation loss in more than a month.
Mike Fisher had a goal and two assists, leading the Nashville offense in a 3-1 win Tuesday night that snapped Vancouver's 13-game run.
Sergei Kostitsyn and David Legwand also scored for the Predators, who improved to 8-0-1 in their last nine home games.
The Canucks had been 10-0-3 since a 4-2 loss to Anaheim on January 15 and were trying to match their season-high win streak of five games. But Roberto Luongo gave up three goals on 28 shots and Dale Weise scored the only Vancouver goal.
