The Denver Broncos agreed to a four-year extension with linebacker Brandon Marshall.

The deal reportedly is worth $32 million and includes a $10 million signing bonus and $20 million in guarantees.

Marshall, 26, started all 16 regular-season games last season for the Super Bowl champions. He had one interception, 1 ½ sacks, two forced fumbles and 101 tackles.

He originally was a fifth-round draft pick in 2012 by the Jacksonville Jaguars, who released him after one season.
