IRVING, Texas – This is going to be a long brutal stretch for the Dallas Cowboys.
The Cowboys (2-2) head into their bye week after Tony Romo's five interceptions in a 34-18 loss to Chicago.
Coach Jason Garrett says the team certainly wishes it could play again right away for a chance to erase the bad taste.
Their only practice before a four-day weekend break will be Wednesday.
When they return to Valley Ranch next week, they will be preparing for a game at Baltimore. That is the first of three division leaders they face while playing four of five games on the road.
Dallas was also 2-2 last season, when they lost at home right before the bye, another game when two interceptions by Romo were returned for touchdowns.
