Kentucky’s new starting quarterback Will Levis posted an eye-catching TikTok video of him eating a banana whole – peel and all.

"I don’t fear the brown spots on bananas," the Penn State transfer said. "They fear me. #menacetosociety"

Wildcats head coach Mark Stoops named Levis the team’s No. 1 signal caller on Sunday. The junior beat out Joey Gatewood and Beau Allen for the starting job.

"He has a lot of talent," Stoops said, according to Kentucky.com.

"He’s been doing some things really good. He’s been very efficient. He’s got unbelievable arm strength. He’s a big, strong guy. He won the job."

After three seasons at Penn State, where he played as both quarterback and running back, Levis transferred to Kentucky this offseason. He appeared in eight games last season, starting once and completing 33 of 55 passes for 421 yards with a score. Levis also rushed the ball 82 times for 260 yards and three rushing touchdowns.
