Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles out after sustaining knee injury vs. Bears

Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles appeared to sustain a non-contact injury to his right knee in the third quarter on Sunday and has been ruled out.

Charles, who made a cut when his right knee buckled, was helped off the field by an athletic trainer and linebacker Justin Houston.

Charles had 12 carries for 58 yards against the Chicago Bears.

Charles tore his left ACL in 2011.
