Arizona Cardinals offensive guard Mike Iupati was taken off on an ambulance during Monday night's game against the Seattle Seahawks.

Iupati, who was unexpectedly struck in the head by safety Kam Chancellor, fell to the ground and was tended to by trainers.

Iupati was replaced by backup Earl Watford.
