Cardiff, Wales (SportsNetwork.com) - Cardiff City manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has continued to add to his squad this month with the additions of both Fabio and Wilfried Zaha from Manchester United.
Solskjaer has already added Kenwyne Jones, Magnus Wolff Eikrem, Mats Moller Daehli and Jo Inge Berget since taking charge of the club, and Fabio has now signed for the Bluebirds on a permanent basis for an undisclosed fee.
"I'm very excited to be part of this and I'm looking forward to helping Cardiff," Fabio said. "I know this is the right move for me. I spoke a lot to the manager about coming in and I know that I can help us move up the division."
The 23-year-old made just one Premier League start for United this season, and he will be joined by Zaha, who completed a loan move to Cardiff on Friday for the rest of the season.
Zaha, 21, has made only two substitute appearances in the league for the Red Devils totaling 28 minutes.
Both players will attempt to help Cardiff avoid relegation with the club sitting in last place and three points from safety.
