Buccaneers waive Lawrence Sidbury to sign safety

While the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are dealing with injuries to the likes of Major Wright, D.J. Swearinger and Bradley McDougald, they've decided to break in some help in the secondary.

According to Sander Philipse of BucsNation.com, the move the Buccaneers chose to make was to sign safety Kimario McFadden, while waiving Lawrence Sidbury.

McFadden was actually on Tampa Bay's practice squad back in 2014, but signed as an undrafted free agent with the Atlanta Falcons in 2014. It'll be interesting to see what type of role that McFadden plays right out of the gate for the Buccaneers, but we likely shouldn't expect to see him in the action too much on Sunday.

Tampa Bay will take on the struggling Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, who are without Tony Romo for at least one more game.
