Brazil names roster for Argentina friendlies

Brazil coach Mano Menezes included player roster for upcoming friendlies against Argentina.

Menezes also included young star Neymar, but more than a third of the roster - 10 players - are uncapped. Renato Abreu, Bruno Cortes, Casemiro, Cicero, Fernandes, Mario, Oscar, Paulinho, Rafael, Rhodolfo, and Romulo will all be looking for their first cap when Brazil plays Argentina on Sept. 14 and 28.

Brazil won its most recent game, 1-0 over Ghana in a friendly on Monday thanks to a Leandro Damaio goal.

Defenders: Bruno Cortes (Botafogo), Danilo (Santos), Dede (Vasco da Gama), Henrique (Palmeiras), Kleber (Internacional), Mario Fernandes (Gremio), Rever (Atletico Mineiro), Rhodolfo (Sao Paulo).

Midfielders: Casemiro (Sao Paulo), Cicero (Sao Paulo), Lucas (Sao Paulo), Oscar (Internacional), Paulinho (Corinthians), Ralf (Corinthians), Renato Abreu (Flamengo), Romulo (Vasco da Gama), Thiago Neves (Flamengo).
