BERLIN (AP) Sebastian Rode scored one goal and set up another as Bayern Munich moved provisionally top of the Bundesliga with a 3-0 win at promoted Darmstadt on Saturday.

Arturo Vidal fired in off the right post from 25 meters (yards) in the 20th minute, and Rode set up Kingsley Coman in the 62nd for the French forward's first goal for Bayern on his first league start. Rode made it 3-0 a minute later at the second attempt after his first hit the post.

Bayern moved three points clear of Borussia Dortmund, which hosts Bayer Leverkusen on Sunday.

Cologne defeated Borussia Moenchengladbach 1-0 in the Rhine derby, Wolfsburg beat Hertha Berlin 2-0, an injury time penalty gave Ingolstadt a 1-0 win at Werder Bremen, and Hamburger SV's game with Eintracht Frankfurt ended scoreless.
