Buzz Aldrin has apparently been bitten by the fashion bug.

Following his much publicized catwalk debut during the New York Fashion Week earlier this year, Aldrin, 87, has teamed up with a backpack company called Sprayground to design a line of “Mission to Mars”-themed bags and apparel.

Comprising of gloves, a parka, a cap and two backpacks, Aldrin and Sprayground’s “Mission to Mars” collection is emblazoned with patches, emblems and texts that read “Mars commander” and “Moon, Mars and beyond,” among other inscriptions.

The gloves are also emblazoned with the slogan “Get your a-- to Mars” — a catchphrase Aldrin adopted from the 1990 film “Total Recall” as somewhat of a personal mantra.

The “Mission to Mars” collection also incorporates a couple of technological touches, such as touchscreen-sensitive fingertips on its Mars Shark Gloves and solar panels on the back of its soon-to-be available Solar Panel Backpack, which also comes complete with USB ports allowing the wearer to plug low-battery devices directly into the bag.

THE SILLIEST FASHION FADS OF 2017

Aldrin’s fashion line follows his appearance at February’s New York Fashion Week, during which he and Bill Nye “The Science Guy” modeled shiny, futuristic garments for designer Nick Graham’s fall/winter collection.

Prior to collaborating with Sprayground, Aldrin’s Share Space Foundation offered Mars-themed apparel and souvenirs including bags, hats and patches emblazoned with “Get your a-- to Mars.”

Aldrin, the second man to walk on the moon, has long been a proponent of sending astronauts to the red planet, specifically in order to seek out new colonization options for the human race.

"The moon landing was a monumental achievement for humanity, but there’s no greater mission than mankind’s journey to Mars,” he told USA Today in March.
