Thousands of young men in Nicaragua are dying of a disease that usually strikes the old: chronic kidney disease.
The jurors in the Conrad Murray trial are about to get a crash course on the drug called propofol. It's an anesthetic that Dr. Murray gave Michael Jackson for severe insomnia.
The defense claims that Jackson may have given himself a lethal dose when Murray was out of the room.
Just what is propofol... and how can it be dangerous?
Anesthesiologist Rebecca Kerr explains. She insists propofol is not to be used in the home setting. She says that's where Dr. Murray may have gone wrong.
