Taylor Swift has asked a judge to seal documents and photo evidence she says prove a former radio DJ groped her in 2013, the Denver Post reports.
Swift and the plaintiff, David Mueller, filed a motion to close public access to the documents because they would "be shared for scandalous and pruient interests" and taint a perspective jury pool should the case go to trial.
"The fact that Plaintiff is alleged to have assaulted Ms. Swift only raises the likelihood that evidence will be widely reported, discussed, and spun in a way that will likely influence the jury pool," Swift's motion says. "The interest in a fair and impartial trial outweigh any public interest in access to the documents identified above."

Mueller sued Swift in U.S. District Court in Denver in September 2015, saying he was falsely accused by a member of her security team of grabbing the singer's butt backstage at the Pepsi Center on June 2, 2013. Mueller, who denied any inappropriate contact, said he was fired two days later from his job at KYGO radio.
Swift's new motion says if the judge dismisses the case against the pop singer and her co-defendants, there will be no trial and the documents they are seeking to seal would never become public.
"Exhibit 14 is extremely personal and sensitive in nature and should not be shared with the public until absolutely necessary [at trial]," the motion says.
