Sofía Vergara may be hitting websites online and it won't be for her acting.

The New York Post is reporting that “personal” photos of the “Modern Family” actress are now on sale after allegedly being stolen from her fiancée’s Blackberry.

The tabloid says that Vergara does not appear nude in the images, which were put up for sale by someone from Delray Beach, Fla. Apparently, the photos were somehow hacked from Nick Loeb’s phone.

“The photos show Sofia in her bathroom and the bedroom, and, while they are personal, they are not fully revealing,” a source told the New York Post. “But her management team is doing their best to make sure they do not become public.”

According to another source, Loeb had told friends that he’s blackberry had gone missing.

Vergara’s legal team is doing whatever is possible to not have the photos become public.

“Sofia’s legal and management team have been aggressive about taking them off the market,” an insider told the tabloid.

The Colombian stunner was spotted with her man on Thursday at the Bowery Hotel in Manhattan for Domingo Zapata’s art show.

Last month during the Emmys Vergara’s made headlines for  “revealing” herself to her fans.

Always the first to poke fun at herself, unbeknownst to Emmy viewers, right before going on stage to accept the award for best comedy series with her “Modern Family” cast mates, Vergara had a serious wardrobe malfunction.

While Vergara stunned in a sequined form fitting mermaid gown, apparently her curvaceous bottom was too much for haute couture.
