It’s been nearly six months since Shakira gave birth to her second son and one could argue that she has never looked better.

This week the Colombian singer-songwriter shared a series of photos from her dance-filled workout showing her killer post-baby abs.

Donning black leggings and a crop top, the 38-year-old mom of two shared the pics on Instagram alongside AKT InMotion’s Anna Kaiser.

“Dancing and working with @theannakaiser today!!@aktinmotion,” Shakira captioned the photos.

The “Hips Don’t Lie” singer welcomed second son Sasha with longtime boyfriend, 28-year-old soccer player Gerard Pique, in January. They are also parents to son Milan, who is two and a half.

Shakira and Kaiser teamed up after Milan's birth for a "never-boring" workout and diet.

The workout guru told Shape magazine in April 2014 that their fitness plan consisted of two 30-minute sessions, one in the morning and one in the evening.

“You get an added metabolism-booster in the second half of the day. After six weeks, she did an hour in the morning and another hour in the evening,” Kaiser told the magazine.

Her biggest advice for new moms: “It’s important to work slowly and intelligently in your strength work before revving up the intensity … you can gradually kick up the intensity. Interval training is a great way to incorporate short bouts of strength and cardio efficiently.”
