'NCIS' star Michael Weatherly reportedly pleads no contest to DUI charge, sentenced to probation

Michael Weatherly has pleaded no contest to a driving under the influence (DUI) charge from his November arrest, TMZ reports.

The actor, best known for playing Anthony “Tony” DiNozzo on “NCIS,” was detained by police officers in LA after he was found to have a blood alcohol level higher than .08, the legal limit.

He was sentenced to three years probation on Tuesday; he must also complete a three-month alcohol program and a Mothers Against Drunk Driving program.

Weatherly previously starred as Logan Cale in “Dark Angel” from 2000-2002, and dated his co-star Jessica Alba during that time. The two ended their engagement in 2003.

He’s currently married to internist Bojana Jankovic, with whom he has a daughter and son.
