Erin Heatherton may be beautiful, but her bank accounts are pretty ugly.
The former Victoria's Secret Angel (and noted ex of Oscar winner Leonardo DiCaprio) filed for bankruptcy, claiming to be more than $500,000 in debt and made less than $3,000 this year.
Court documents obtained by The Blast reveal that Heatherton — real name Erin Bubley — listed $560,242.13 in debts and just $6,465.57 in assets, claiming she earned just $2,820 this year.

The 30-year-old beauty reportedly earned $226,000 in 2017.
Heatherton reportedly owes $11,514 on one credit card, $9,485 on another and $194,602.49 on a third for a total $215,601.49 to City National Bank — plus an additional $201,000 line of credit. She also owes $100,000 from a lawsuit from a former business partner and $41,000 in back taxes to the state of New York.

Heatherton listed her most valuable asset as a $945 Jennifer Meyer diamond letter disc necklace and claimed to have sold off a slew of personal items before filing for bankruptcy.

The model claims to have a monthly income of $1,089.91, claiming that she gets $221 each month from family and friends. Her expenses, however, are listed as $1,074 per month. In her filing, she claimed to have $919 in her checking accounts.

Money isn't the only trouble Heatherton reportedly has. In 2016, Heatherton's neighbors sued her over her loud parties in her West Village, New York City condo.
