Van Gogh’s “The Starry Night,” Picasso’s “Guernica,” Matisse’s “Dance” and Jennifer Lopez’s booty. What do these four things have in common?
Well, according to music mogul Diddy, they’re all works of art.
The 44-year-old entrepreneur, who dated the sultry, Boricua singer/actress from 1999 to 2001, had high praise for JLo’s bottom during an interview on "Access Hollywood" Tuesday.
“It's great. It's a work of art,” Diddy said of Lopez’s famed posterior. “It's something that will go down in history."
It’s up for debate whether Lopez’s backside will stand the test of time like the pieces of art adorning walls from the Louvre to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, but the woman responsible for bringing the butt back has certainly garnered a lot of attention recently for her steamy new video with Iggy Azalea – the cheekily titled “booty.”

While Diddy has been dating singer Cassie Ventura since 2007, he obviously still has a soft spot for his former fling's curvaceous body…and of course her other talents.
“[H]er talent, her drive, her determination,” Diddy said in attempt to move away from the talk of JLo’s bum, before adding, “That thing is just incredible, man.”
When it comes down to the battle of the booties, Diddy said that JLo’s biggest rival – the voluptuous Kim Kardashian - doesn’t stack up to Lopez’s legendary behind.
“No way,” Diddy said. “No disrespect Kanye, Kim, but [Lopez’s bottom] … that thing right there is something special.”
JLo’s had her chance to bashfully watch Diddy wax poetic about her booty on the show, seemingly taking it all in stride and having some kind words for her old boyfriend.
“He'll always be Puffy to me,” she said, using the rapper/businessman’s previous alias. “As much as he roots for me, I am just as proud of him… I learned a lot from him.”
