Radiohead mourn loss of drum technician
411 Playlist: One dead after stage collapse; Usher tops Billboard 200
Tragedy struck prior to a Radiohead concert in Toronto after the roof of the band's outdoor stage collapsed and killed their drum technician. The band, lead my Thom Yorke, released a statement on their website, "We have all been shattered by the loss of Scott Johnson, our friend and colleague. He was a lovely man, always positive, supportive and funny."
Another band in the news, and soon, possibly in the record books is the Flaming Lips, who are hoping to break the Guinness World Record for the Most Live Concerts within 24 Hours in Multiple Cities. The band will attempt to achieve the feat during the O Music Awards as they tour through eight different cities between June 27th-28th.

From records to the charts, Billboard's Silvio Pietroluongo sat down with Fox411 to talk this week's biggest artists. On the Hot 100, Carly Rae Jepsen holds her number one spot for a second week in a row with "Call Me Maybe." She is the third straight artist to take their debut single to number one on the chart following Fun and Gotye. The last time newcomers showed this type of success was in 1977 with Bill Conti, Alan O'Day and Shaun Cassidy.
Making the biggest move in the top ten of the same chart is Katy Perry's "Wide Awake," which jumped from number nine to four. The new song is featured on Perry's 3D documentary/concert film "Part of Me."
On the Billboard 200 Usher's "Looking 4 Myself" debuted at number one which makes it his fourth chart-topper. Silvio predicts that he won't stay there for long as the R&B star's protege Justin Bieber's "Believe" is released and is promised to debut at number one.
