Fans are begging Kim Zolciak to lay off the lip fillers.

The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum posted a selfie Sunday flaunting an extremely puffy pout, leaving followers horrified at the lengths to which she's gone to alter her appearance.

"You .... look like mrs potato head," one commenter wrote.

"You can’t buy natural beauty no matter how hard she tries. She looks like a 50 year old botched old lady," another commented.

Another claimed that the "Don't Be Tardy" star made Kylie Jenner — also famous for her artificially large lips — look like a natural beauty by comparison.

Some defended Zolciak from critics, with one user writing, "I think what people need to realise [sic] is that this is @kimzolciakbiermann body, she chooses what she wants to have done. It's no one else's business to comment, critique or shame her for what she chooses. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and everyone who has negative comments needs to mind their business."

Zolciak, 40, previously demurred questions about potential plastic surgery, telling Entertainment Tonight that she simply would never have had the time to get work done, but admitted, "I've been doing my lips ... I've been getting Botox since I was very, very young for migraines initially, and now it's the obvious reason. I got my boobs done."

Zolciak also said she got a tummy-tuck along with a hernia operation, as well as skin-tightening, but that she can't get plastic surgery for at least a year because she's on blood thinners following a stroke.
